RD1st Shorts Programme
Once you have successfully completed a full 8-day RD1st coaching course, you will be eligible to engage with the RD1st Shorts Programme – a series of workshops created by, for and with the RD1st alumni community.
Upcoming Shorts are advertised through the alumni coach newsletter, which is sent approximately three times a year.

Sharpen the Saw facilitated by Isabel Mortimer and Emma Haughton
Sharpen the Saw is a three-day development programme for RD1st accredited coaches with at least one year of post-training experience. Running since 2018 in London, Lancaster and online, the programme builds on the RD1st coaching course and draws on a range of models and approaches to deepen confidence, resilience and relational practice.
Through reflective group learning and shared experience, participants explore the systemic dimensions of coaching while continuing to grow both personally and professionally. The programme is both experiential – providing space to reflect, question and challenge – and tangible, offering new skills tools and models for your unique coaching toolbox.

The programme builds on the learning from the RD1st coaching course, and draws from other models and approaches to explore the relational and systemic aspects of our work with coachee/clients. Working as a group to explore and learn from others, we invite you to share your own experience and knowledge to engender a deeper confidence in who you are as a coach.
Sharpen the Saw is aimed specifically at practicing RD1st accredited coaches with at least one year’s experience post training.
