In-house training

All our courses can be delivered in-house and online and can be tailored to your organisation or group by our team of RD1st trainers. We offer a bespoke mix of one to four day programmes (or more!), ideally with a gap in between to allow for team-coaching practice. We also provide post-training supervision via zoom or skype to ensure the skills are embedded effectively. Our in-house training option provides a great opportunity for teams to get to know each other better and develop greater and firmer bonds.

Plus, if you have trained with RD1st previously and would like to invite us in to your organisation to deliver training or run an open workshop for your sector, we are more than happy to discuss co-designing and co-facilitating with you to create a bespoke offer with your additional expertise.

We can offer training in the following areas, using a mix and match design, to suit your needs;

An Introduction to Coaching Skills; to include the coaching philosophy, active listening, goal setting and reviewing, the GROW model, effective enquiry, working with our limiting beliefs, different styles of coaching to include Clean Language and Thinking Partnerships,  and applications within the workplace.

RD1st Action Learning Sets & Group Coaching: an effective way to problem solve and generate fresh thinking within organisation teams or cross-organisational groups.

Effective Communications; to include managing difficult conversations, the art of non-violent communications, understanding needs as drivers of behaviour, the art of giving and receiving feedback, and a coaching approach to appraisals.

Facilitation Skills; how to effectively facilitate and manage creative meetings.

Coaching Skills for Mentoring; how to align a coaching approach to your mentoring style.

Leadership & Coaching: a coaching style of leadership – what it is and how to implement. Trust in the workplace and how to engender, an understanding of our emotional intelligence.
