All our courses can be delivered in-house and online and can be tailored to your organisation or group by our team of RD1st trainers. We offer a bespoke mix of one to four day programmes (or more!), ideally with a gap in between to allow for team-coaching practice. We also provide post-training supervision via zoom or skype to ensure the skills are embedded effectively. Our in-house training option provides a great opportunity for teams to get to know each other better and develop greater and firmer bonds.
